- A 55 minute Gentle, Grounded Flow
- A slower, more spacious practice
- Perfect for beginners or for yogis who want to move mindfully without the pressure of peak poses or challenging variations.
- We begin with a grounding centering and breathwork practice, then ease into gentle flowing movement designed to strengthen and mobilise.
- The class closes with an extended rest and a short, guided meditation to leave you feeling centred and calm.
- This class isn’t about doing more—it’s about being more present.
- Perfect for Beginners, or those returning to their practice following a break, injury, or those seeking a gentler start to settle into the weekend.

5 class credits EARLY BIRD £75 (£15 per session) if booked before 8 Feb 10pm
5 class credits standard £85 (£17 per session)
